Two of the four monocyte-type cells (almost entirely lytic) contained a rounded cytoplasmic zone resembling to lytic, aglutinated erythrocytes (left upper corner and lower half of the photo).

A monocyte contained several erythrocytes. To note would be that one erythrocyte is not completely surrounded by the cytoplasm of the monocyte.
