Technical Details

Image collected on FEI Quanta Family SEM at a magnification of 5,000x, with a horizontal field width of 59.7 μm, and a voltage of 2 kV. A SE Spot detector, a 2.0 nA and a working distance of10.2 mm were used to collect the image.
