Description

Time lapse movie of LLCPK cells stably expressing GFP-EB1, a microtubule tip binding protein. GFP-EB1 fluorescence is seen in microtubules and centrosomes which appear to act as microtubule nucleation sites. The stack of images used to prepare the movie is included in this group of images.
