Description

A row of large IMPs bordering parts of the plates are visible. Two parentheses-shaped empty trichocyst docking sites are also present and one ring surrounding pits where the rosette IMPs have been removed. TEM taken on 5/9/91 by R. Allen with Zeiss 10A operating at 80kV. Neg. 19,800. The raw negative was scanned with an Epson Perfection V750 Pro and this high resolution image is best used for quantitative analysis.
