Description

Transmission EM of cotyledons of wildtype Arabidopsis thaliana grown in the dark showing the characteristic quasi-crystalline prolamellar bodies. Other images in this group show the development of typical chloroplasts with thylakoid membranes, and the phenotype of the cep16 mutant.
