Description

Photoactivation localization microscopy image (PALM) of a human foreskin fibroblast expressing Dronpa-actin (green) and tdEos-paxillin (red). Paxillin assembles in fibrillar-like adhesions that run parallel to ventral actin fibers and cluster near the cell periphery to form larger adhesion complexes. The differential interference contrast image (DIC) corresponding to this field is CIL 38601.
