Description

Movie showing kinetochore alignment during mitosis in Drosophila S2 cells expressing GFP-Ndc80 to label kinetochores. One pair of chromatids becomes detached from the spindle, and anaphase is delayed until the pair is recaptured. Images were recorded at 60 sec intervals using a spinning disc confocal microscope on a Nikon TE-200 stand with a 100x 1.4 NA Plan APO DIC objective lens and recorded with a Hamamatsu Orca-ER CCD.
