Live toxoplasma gondii cell line stably expressing EGFP fused to the beta II tubulin gene. Image was collected using ABI Deltavision on an Olympus PSF microscope with excitation at 450-490 nm and emission collected at 500-540 nm. Image was collected with a 60X water immersion objective, 1.2 N.A. and detected with a Cool Snap HQ/ICX285 camera. Associated raw data in image 10526.
